Mounting Solutions for Mesh Façades – Cable Mesh
Option A
Using incorporated round bars, the wire mesh elements are attached to on-site triangular fastening brackets, which are attached to the substructure.
Option B
Alternatively the cable mesh elements can be tensioned using eyebolts, which are integrated into the mesh with a solid round bar. The element can then be tensioned to continuous substructure profile or with single fastening brackets.
Option A
At each intermediate mounting level a round bar (e.g. Ø 20 mm) with attached pendular clips is incorporated into the mesh. During installation the pendular clips are attached to on-site fastening brackets. Visually the integrated round bars create a horizontal line on each intermediate level.
Option B
Alternatively the intermediate mounting may use wire connectors, which wrap around a round tube located behind the mesh. The connectors hold the mesh from the backside. This intermediate mounting is nearly invisible in the front view.
Option A
Corresponding with the top mounting, a round bar is inserted into the cable mesh. Eyebolts are incorporated to tension the panels using singular fastening brackets. The eyebolts allow for accurate settings of the tension.
Option B
Corresponding with the top mounting, a round bar is inserted into the cable mesh. Eyebolts are integrated to tension the panels using a continuous substructure like an angle iron. The eyebolts allow for accurate settings of the tension.
